Steps to Apply

We're thrilled that you have decided to apply to Faith Lutheran School! The admissions portal is open for applications and you can use the checklists below as a guide to the steps and deadlines.

Application Process

Faith Lutheran uses an admissions portal called FACTS SIS. Through FACTS SIS, you will complete the admissions application. To create an application account for Faith Lutheran School, click here.

If you haven't yet, create your FACTS SIS account here. Be sure to use your preferred email address, as all admissions communications will be sent to this address. 

Preschool

  1. Coordinate with Admissions a campus tour

  2. Complete the Application for Admission

  3. Upon Offer Sent complete the Enrollment Packet and pay the Enrollment Fee (three-year olds and K-Prep only, VPK has no enrollment fee)

  4. Submit all required documents (may be submitted in the Enrollment Packet or emailed to admissions@flcse.org)
    Birth Certificate
    Immunization
    Physical
    VPK voucher, if applicable

Note:  A VPK student is considered enrolled when our staff has the VPK voucher.

Elementary & Middle School

  1. Coordinate with Admissions a campus tour.

  2.  Complete the Application for Admission

  3. Submit the most recent report card and testing results from the current year

  4. Schedule admission testing/screening

  5. Upon Offer Sent complete the Enrollment Packet and pay the Enrollment Fee

  6. Submit all required documents (may be submitted in the Enrollment Packet or emailed to admissions@flcse.org)
    Birth Certificate
    Immunization
    Physical
    Any secondary funding, if applicable
