2018 Summer Camp Offerings
2018 Camp Faith May 29th-August 3rd
Summer Camp registration now open!
Faith Lutheran School is pleased to announce a full-day summer camps. Parents needing child care during the summer should consider Faith's Summer Camp program. The camp runs from the Monday after the school year ends until one week before school begins in the fall. Campers experience bowling every week, plus they take numerous field trips during the camp. Camp is designed to create a safe, fun, familiar and exciting environment for participants
We are excited to prepare our 2018 program for our campers who have completed 3- year-old preschool through 5th grade. Children MUST be fully potty trained.
Camp is open from 7:00 A.M. to 6 P.M.
PK3-rising 5th grade
$145-$155/week or daily rate available.
#2 Soccer Camp—June 4th-8th
The Faith Lutheran Soccer camp provides boys and girls the opportunity to learn and improve their skills in the game of soccer. While learning the skills of soccer, campers will have the chance to participate in team games and individual contests. Campers will leave camp with a passion for the game, improved skills, and receive a camp t-shirt.
6-8 P.M. for 1st through 8th grade
#3 Fundamental Basketball Camp—June 11th-15th
The Faith Lutheran Fundamentals Basketball Camp provides boys and girls the opportunity to learn and improve their skills in the game of basketball. While learning the skills, campers, will also have a chance to compete in team games and individual contests. Campers leave the camp with a new-found passion for the game and receive a t-shirt and basketball.
Two session offered:
9 A.M. to Noon for Kindergarten through 4th Grade
1 P.M. to 4 P.M. for 5th through 8th Grade
#4 Robotics Beginner/Advanced—June 18th-22nd
Students will begin by using Ozobot robots and will learn to code and communicate instructions to the robot using simple color codes. Simple enough for younger students, but even older kids will have a great time as they see these little bots respond to their commands! Later campers will move into more advanced coding using the Blockly programming language. The week will wrap up with an introduction to the Lego Mindstorms system, and a glimpse into the possibilities of more complex building and programming projects.
Beginner: 9 A.M. to Noon for 1st through 4th Grade
Advanced: 1 P.M. to 4 P.M. for 5th through 8th Grade
#5 Scrapbook Camp—July 9th-13th
This camp is a time to put together memories of a special trip or function students would like to remember. Each student will complete a scrapbook with his or her memory preserved. Book provided students bring pictures.
9:30 to 11:30 A.M. for 2nd through 8th Grade
#6 Football Camp—July 16th-20th
Get back to the basics with Crusader football camp! From the basics of catching and throwing to footwork and routes, come get a fresher course in mechanics in America's most popular sport! Great if you want to home your skills, or if you've never played and want to learn!
9 A.M. to Noon for 3rd through 8th Grade
#7 Art Camp—July 23rd-27th
Campers get the opportunity to paint, use paper mache, work with clay, paint a t-shirt, make 3D drawings and learn to shade using colored pencils.
Two session offered
9 A.M. to 11 A.M. for 1st-3rd grade
1 P.M. to 3 P.M. for 4th-5th grade
